Any person can request a service for an equipment which will be received by the deparment or person responsible for maintenance
Responsible party for maintenance will receive the Service Call and issue a Work Order for the equipment and assign a person to that work order
Notify the service caller at every step about the status of their service call
Completion of service call done by both parties at the end, accompanied by an appraisal
Users can move an equipment from one location to another either on temporary basis or permanent
Users required to change barcode of an equipment upon permanent transfer
View complete history of transfers and changes in barcode of an equipment
